The 11th Day
Read the testimonials and found out that the will to get things done is one of em.
I experience some of the testis but some are not yet.. hope its coming like eyesight improvement and libido.
Even the blood pressure is still the same i suppose.
What notice today is that i like to eat a lot at home but my weight was down at 70kg at the weighing machine. But it shows my BP to be high perhaps because i was measuring at the waist and not the arm ?
Today i am not that happy all the time. agitated sometimes.
Maybe this is retracing ?
I dont feel like sleepy and fatigue like before when i am at home.
Stooling was good thou.

L9 10th day
Thou sleepy at the office i took the initiative to work on L9 website.
Notice that concentration was great so does the creativeness.

Me and L9 9th day
Sunday went to FFRIM with son at about 5 pm.
Had a dip with son. Previously i cant quite climb the bankment without pain at the joint. But today i climbed a few times, making sure that it was not of a one time thing but a few times. Pain has subsided considerably even when i was cold after long time in the cold water.
I was having cough but had a swell time dipping and soaking in the water. I thought i would be ill or cough would return. But that was not the case, thank god.
Even a good round of football is of no problem.
Its felt great to be well.

Testi 1w + 1 day
Could not quite sleep last nite due to the coughing had to change places in the midst of the night and dont really know how long did i sleep. It could be 3 hrs. And the quality of sleep was definitely poorer.
But here whats different.
I had to do some errands as early as 8am. And the thing is thou i felt sleepy very early then it was gone. In fact i was driving in traffic jams and my mood was actually well controllable. Now at 2.30pm after back from KL,still able to use the comp and behave normally.
So is that coz of laminine ?
My mood is controllable. Did i said that earlier. When something irked me, before that it can grow worser and worser. This time i can stop it at that and move on. There were a few of such incidence. The worst i bet is knowing the notebook is beyond economical repair yet after that i was ok.

L9 test 6
Had bowling last nite with 7 games that means 2 x 10 x 7 = 140 throws of 12lb bowls. Today felt as usual no body ache. Then came back at about 2.00 am. Simply Miracle.
Wake up easily thou later (planned) at about 7am.
Just ate 1 pcs of bread with butter/sugar still OK on train although being standing till KL sentral.

Last night slept "earlier" than usual after ended TV story before 12 am. Coz feel like going to sleep and no point waking up. But then took time to finish up video marketing course. Very useful resources from there.

No matter how adequate you think you slept, if you did not do it 8 hours as you should, even when you just wake up in the morning, if you want to feel sleepy like wanting to doze off you will.
I can eat 1 piece of cracker after 1 white pill and go on a train ride to take food later.
Beginning to feel less pain in knee when walking up stairs.
No more adrenalin rush when you are the junction front of BHP with the motorbike.. alls cool.
Now able not to think too much how other people could be able to agitate you with their inaccurate assumption. In other words, you are less agitated.

Took L9 with water and slice of bread with honey. Thou the night sleep was early and sound, felt very sleepy. Could not concentrate in doing things although the MyKomuter train is vacant and tip top. Perhaps due to no coffee intake ?

Very refresh thou late night sleep last night.
Mind to be focus and can talk thou should be grougy with the landlord. Very upbeat.

Tried to nap on lazy chair but not suceeded.

The night sleep was considered deep and feel that it was uninterrupted.
Took 2 pills one in the morning and one in the evening.
Morning quite lethargic of sort. Not the energetic results.
Heavy head a bit. Is the L9 working inside of me ?
The cough can get worst but never bother much as i drank coffee and also cold coke at Adam's birthday party. It sure feel like its going to be ok and that i feel it.
Spiritually i feel great to do it at Z and M.
Mentaly not easily defeat to moodiness and irritability which happen today too.

Why not have a roadshow and put up a night at town cheaply and market at all perfume shops. Then meet people who have contacted via website we want to see.
Do something like 4 sellers a day.

Had teh tarik rojak and magi goreng.
Then food at night.
Coughing bad due to coffee intake today, pisang and cold drink at mosque and then cocacola at night at home.
Felt relax whilst watching AI and feel concentration is good.
11pm feel warm like nearing a fever.

Quite simple, ask people to order and you charge normal price. Add RM5 for postage. You get 30% profit in retail.
Now you open for people to become affiliate. They still promote the same website and they get 10%. Now if people join them then give 5% for their sales. And thats a 2 tier system.
Now in the website there is a link telling what if they want to do this business and get 30% profit. Come under us we provide the training and also the support of delivery if they are staying too far from KL.
Now the same thing can be applied to L9 selling loose. Or you make both of them in 1 website and call em
