Took 1 pill today at about 6 pm.
Then m over computer
Travel train about 7.30pm
Had teh tarik rojak and magi goreng.
Then food at night.
Coughing bad due to coffee intake today, pisang and cold drink at mosque and then cocacola at night at home.
Felt relax whilst watching AI and feel concentration is good.
11pm feel warm like nearing a fever.
