Took L9 with water and slice of bread with honey. Thou the night sleep was early and sound, felt very sleepy. Could not concentrate in doing things although the MyKomuter train is vacant and tip top. Perhaps due to no coffee intake ?
Pain at the waist side rather frequent where the kidney is.
Cough is still bad and pain too.
Passing stools in the morning seem to be a false alarm.
