In the time, refer to previous report i was so sleepy at work and i thought the old habit came back again. I also drove back today from office to house too 1 hr.
Body was aching especially the thigh.
At jalan pasar was quite aching and so did friday prayers.
And went to SM with son in the night.
But in the night watching AI and i dont feel at all sleepy. Last time whats going on in the day will reflect in the night.
Could it be because of the aching the body instruct to turn off ? Or it could be retracing ?
I am confident if i go to sleep it will be fast dozing.
