I found this script with limitation nd managed to set it up.
Something that become a limitation are :-
#Cant remove the demo big note on top and dont know where it come from
#invite friends not working and a puny 1 invitation per time
#must register on user id no and not the name
#the referal id is too long and you have to add the url domain name first before promoting.
#No need to register email so how to identify the winners - but yes ask them to give their password which i can ascertain
#No admin panel but i can rely on the Mysql
#Landing page is the register page - maybe you can add a redirection ? and if they want to register have another page to do so , hopefully that can work
Whats good
#Point system is good - maybe give out a member sign for them if they get a certain number
#The tree is also good but no info on the members
Ideas
Have an affiliate page with the link for (clickable and copyable) for each members
