A day without L9

My L9 stock just got exhausted and i did not have one anytime today. I thought it make no difference but how wrong i was. Thou the sleep was ok the night before, i felt like going to sleep as soon as the clock struck 12 tonite. The failure to launch in the morning may also contributed to the fact that BP might have gone way top to the roof. I reckon why before this i find it difficult to go to sleep is that my energy level may be high and the daily activity may not be enough to use it up. I am yet to feel the reverse mental and psychological effect yet, but expect it to happen also. Perhaps i need the caps after all and yes it change my life in many ways.

I am feeling ok

Ya i slept late last night and not a sound one too. When adam woke me up for his school at 7.00am, i was ok. As usual no bath and i am ready to work today full day. I dont have the urge to sleep like yesterday. Even had to go to TSG to fill petrol to Wira (thats another story). But i remember that i took a bath in the morning while today i did not. Was that the trigger aside from the honey ?

Sleepy head

Thou i slept early at 1.30am last night, i was sleepy today. Decided to nap on the lazy chair at 10am and waking up at 1.00pm ! The uncomfortablity did not deter me not to sleep further. I know when i want to sleep when the urge to sleep arise. But a day prior to that i slept much late yet manage to make the whole day productive. So whats wrong ? My guess its the honey i took in the morning. Thou it was with roti kosong it may have mixed with the laminine and result in something unusual. Then in the morning i felt not like sleeping until 3.30 am where i actually force myself to sleep then the insomania was there and i dont what time i did sleep. What will happen tommorow is another thing to find out. But its still a mystery.

Pain in left arm

My left arm was in pain that i could not sleep the night before.
The reason was simple and clear enough, I was lawn mowing using the plastic thread grass cutter in No 3 Jln Ubin on Sunday. Felt it was normal thou on the day as the arm was shaking when holding something.
But then again never thought that the prolong vibration make the arm to sprain.
Woke up with a headache today and the whole day. Guess the neck and the head was in strain too.
