A day without L9

My L9 stock just got exhausted and i did not have one anytime today. I thought it make no difference but how wrong i was. Thou the sleep was ok the night before, i felt like going to sleep as soon as the clock struck 12 tonite. The failure to launch in the morning may also contributed to the fact that BP might have gone way top to the roof. I reckon why before this i find it difficult to go to sleep is that my energy level may be high and the daily activity may not be enough to use it up. I am yet to feel the reverse mental and psychological effect yet, but expect it to happen also. Perhaps i need the caps after all and yes it change my life in many ways.
