A day without L9

My L9 stock just got exhausted and i did not have one anytime today. I thought it make no difference but how wrong i was. Thou the sleep was ok the night before, i felt like going to sleep as soon as the clock struck 12 tonite. The failure to launch in the morning may also contributed to the fact that BP might have gone way top to the roof. I reckon why before this i find it difficult to go to sleep is that my energy level may be high and the daily activity may not be enough to use it up. I am yet to feel the reverse mental and psychological effect yet, but expect it to happen also. Perhaps i need the caps after all and yes it change my life in many ways.

Ya i slept late last night and not a sound one too. When adam woke me up for his school at 7.00am, i was ok. As usual no bath and i am ready to work today full day. I dont have the urge to sleep like yesterday. Even had to go to TSG to fill petrol to Wira (thats another story). But i remember that i took a bath in the morning while today i did not. Was that the trigger aside from the honey ?

Sleepy head

Thou i slept early at 1.30am last night, i was sleepy today. Decided to nap on the lazy chair at 10am and waking up at 1.00pm ! The uncomfortablity did not deter me not to sleep further. I know when i want to sleep when the urge to sleep arise. But a day prior to that i slept much late yet manage to make the whole day productive. So whats wrong ? My guess its the honey i took in the morning. Thou it was with roti kosong it may have mixed with the laminine and result in something unusual. Then in the morning i felt not like sleeping until 3.30 am where i actually force myself to sleep then the insomania was there and i dont what time i did sleep. What will happen tommorow is another thing to find out. But its still a mystery.

Pain in left arm

My left arm was in pain that i could not sleep the night before.
The reason was simple and clear enough, I was lawn mowing using the plastic thread grass cutter in No 3 Jln Ubin on Sunday. Felt it was normal thou on the day as the arm was shaking when holding something.
But then again never thought that the prolong vibration make the arm to sprain.
Woke up with a headache today and the whole day. Guess the neck and the head was in strain too.

Back to normal again

Start taking 2 per day. And yes i do feel normal again or like i used to.
Barely had enough sleep as i slept at 3am but up by 7am. Did not sleep but work and in fact provided training too.
saw Avengers at S Capitol and stayed focus thru out the movie of more than 2 1/2 hrs. Pushed the bike partly after picking up son from agama school. The hardest part is climbing the hill at the flats. That was a tough one.
Nap a while in the evening.
Saw TV whilst sipping in Coffee.

My upline replies that it depends on individuality. My reaction could be because i am lacking 1 more caps per day. That makes sense, like you have one and suddenly you dont stock up. The body get mad and react. Like i said to him what i feel is exactly the reverse. So i took one more in the evening yesterday. With wife taking also, it will require a higher volume per month than usual. Plus i dont know how wife is reacting to it. But she wants it tonight so that must be good, i think. I seem not to see the effect on the heart, tummy and the libido stuffs. My tummy seems to grow bigger.

Not too well I am afraid

Cannot fall to sleep as fast as before since the past 4 nights or so. This coincide with my readjustment to L9 in 1 caps/day instead of the former 2. Yesterday all of a sudden i got some sort of running nose in the office. Could be the aircond, coffee too much (3x), or the plain water from the water cooler which is no good. At night dozed off at the sofa and feeling ill before going to bed. Now at office still with the running nose. Perhaps i need 2 to sustain and not merely relying on 1 ? Wife testi :- Normal on 1st day felt the energy but thought it could be purely motivation for doing what she love to do - making kuih. 2nd day totally flat sleepy to the greatest extent like cannot stay up to watch desperate housewives. 3rd day feeling ok in fact woke up and start blabbering about my alarm clock not off. Sleepy still there but much lesser. 1 and 2 days = 2caps/day 3rd onwards - 1cap/day in the evening

Friday nite

In the time, refer to previous report i was so sleepy at work and i thought the old habit came back again. I also drove back today from office to house too 1 hr.

No matter how adequate you think you slept, if you did not do it 8 hours as you should, even when you just wake up in the morning, if you want to feel sleepy like wanting to doze off you will.
I can eat 1 piece of cracker after 1 white pill and go on a train ride to take food later.

Took L9 with water and slice of bread with honey. Thou the night sleep was early and sound, felt very sleepy. Could not concentrate in doing things although the MyKomuter train is vacant and tip top. Perhaps due to no coffee intake ?
Pain at the waist side rather frequent where the kidney is.
Cough is still bad and pain too.
Passing stools in the morning seem to be a false alarm.

3rd day testi

Very refresh thou late night sleep last night.
Mind to be focus and can talk thou should be grougy with the landlord. Very upbeat.
Talk with Jo in the afternoon is smooth and articulate too.
Tried to nap on lazy chair but not suceeded.

The night sleep was considered deep and feel that it was uninterrupted.
